"I think I'll go partners with Hiram and look to open up a wireless service in some small dry (arid) town in AZ or UT." I've been thinking the same thing. Actually I've been following the licenses for the two counties surounding me here in Southern MI. But dang it, somebody just submitted a bid for the minimum. Only $190,000 for two counties. With my small business credit, I figured about $100,000 for the two counties. We should have been thinking ahead and formed our own consortium. Hiram, if you want to do something, keep us in mind.
