Mr Baber, While I read your comments with interest, you may want to reference your information before posting it. The current number of shares outstanding is 41 Million (see edgar online site, last earnings report, note 10) as of September 1997. It is also important to note that the company has 350+ Million more common shares authorized. Finally, as I detailed in one of my previous posts the company has a large amount of high interest debt (1.2b FACE amount + more in interest) coming due in the next 5-7 years, and is restricted on issuing more commercial paper or seeking bank loans. In other words, to finance more subscriber acquisitions the number of shares outstanding will continue to rise, and probably already has.
