Jane and all:

I to just got off the phone with Rob, he too reiterated that the release dealing with the 0.11 cents EPS will be released sometime this week. I may not be happy about not seeing in print what was said to be coming on Feb 23, and only to see the press release dealing with a Line of credit which was not negative by no means.

However; there are certain qualities about this company that everyone seems to forget about.

They are attempting to grow the company through their acquisitions as so many other companies in the same feild have done this past year. They are moving to the technical side of the employment world. The company has expanded it's yearly gross and is showing a profit.

When you look at the charts, quit looking at the daily price and look at the indicators that are also telling you where this company is heading, as far as price is concerned. Example is the positive volume and on balance volume percentage both of these indicators are positive and with the price low at this time it usually is a bullish signal that the price is going up. There are also other indicators that point to the price good go down, but the fact remains that a new base has formed and no critical falls to NOV 97 price have occurred. POSITIVE.

There are more indicators and to talk about each one would put everyone to sleep or give you nightmares. POINT is that there is still a lot going on with this company so be patient and listen to the TAPE.
