Re: Lam vs IPEC in CMP. Doug, While IPEC does have a lot more exposure to CMP than Lam, it is still not quite a pure play. "The Company also manufactures advanced plasma-assisted chemical etch systems and metrology equipment for use primarily in manufacturing silicon wafers and semiconductor devices." (From annual report.) They are also involved in a joint venture with MEMC Electronic Materials for producing wafer edge polishing equipment. ==John
