These homemade submarines used in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea have been around for decades. The Starlink is just updating for the tech and current times. What I was astonished by and don't have link handy but can find it if you like, the other week I read one of these homemade submarines was caught off the coast of Spain. Colombia or Mexico to the USA west coast, or Caribbean Sea to Florida Keys, etc. is crazy enough. But crossing the Atlantic Ocean in one of those contraptions seems way more adventurous to me! WOW! :-)
