Hi, Bob!… Well, the few times the market rallied 25% in under 3 month - that is exactly what happened. No negative outcomes, and no major tops in sight. Nice setup. Years ago, we didn’t have this kind of indicators. We had some - like, the Marty Zweig breadth thrusts. Now, with computers crunching data day and night, they find quite a few of them. There is something special about a market showing unusual, extreme behavior. I think it’s likely related to EW - if the market traces out a powerful impulse, it’s a good bet that it may rest a while (wave 2 or B) - and then, do at least 1 more, matching impulsive move.
