I own pfe in the space. I have demonstrated a poor record with biotech and dont expect much change.
I have been in the Denver area for the past 6 weeks. my take aways are that housing is expensive, the full service restaurants have been pretty empty overall, in several places we were one of two occupied tables in the entire room. only one restaurant was more than 50% occupied. By contrast places like wendys and culvers seem to be doing ok. The supermarkets are well stocked and the produce and seafood seem reasonably priced. the one target store i went to had few shoppers but walmart and costco were packed.
went to see F1 in an imax theatre . I enjoyed the experience, but I am not a regular F1 aficionado
