Farage keeps up-trending in Britain, while Starmer sinks into lower and lower poll numbers.
A new mega-poll released yesterday (6) shows that Reform UK’s Nigel Farage is close to becoming Prime Minister and forming a majority government in Britain.
Daily Mail reported:
“The More In Common survey found, if a general election was held today, Reform would become the largest party in the House of Commons with 290 seats. Although this is below the number of MPs needed for an outright majority, meaning a hung parliament, it was more than twice as many as any other party.”
The poll heard more than 10,000 Britons, and predicts that Labour will win 126 seats – a loss of 285 seats from Sir a year ago – less than half the seats Reform is expected to get.
“Meanwhile, as Sir Keir marks one year in Downing Street this weekend, the poll found the Prime Minister’s personal approval rating had slumped to an all-time low of -43.”
How low can he go? The ‘Incredible Shrinking Premier’ had a net -36 popularity in October 2024, and now he has fallen another 8 points to a -43.As many as 223 seats may flip from Starmer’s Labour to Farage’s Reform UK, including in Labour strongholds in the North of England and in Wales.

Voters are shunning Labour for its ‘broken promises and U-turns on previous pledges’.

[…] Although we are a long way from an election and much will change between, Nigel Farage’s party are demonstrating that they are now close to the level where they could command an outright majority.
