Sam (small case)

You are right. As for large case Sam, it doesn't matter too much
at what price you short AOL. It will lose more than 75% of its value
in due time. It wont go to zero but probably go back to about $200
a customer which is more than generous. Remember the loss of ANS,
the dilution by options and convertible REG S debt (converting at
104) and the coming competition.
