All things you mentioned on one side vs their customers who buy whatever is sold on the other side. Which side should be the pick?

It is very difficult to defeat them by just having superior technology alone. They are more of a lifestyle brand than a technology brand. People largely buy their stuff for their perceived brand value rather than for the pure form or function. Unless someone realizes this and gives them a fight where it truly matters, until that time, that evil cult company will continue to make more money and thrive and that further allows them to do even more evil. Vicious cycle.
