The flip flopping on tariffs is all part of the sales pitch. That tariffs are a good thing. Making things fair, we've been cheated ect.

To just tell the truth that tariffs are nothing more that a national sales tax won't sell. He's running out of time now. The CIT appeal is going to oral arguments on July 31.
