How about intermittent fasting? Or, God forbid reduced calorie intake? These women don't lack muscle so much as have an excess of fat. What is their diet composed of. This seems to be just another supplement supplier attempt to widen a market to include people who 'manage' their physical being by increasing the intake of supplements. Creatine is the 'new' fad. Frankly I've never found it particularly useful in my routines. Questions about its interaction with essential organs makes me warry.
