The "existing shareholder" must have needed the money as when Joe sold shares for daughter's wedding or college-I just recall something of the sort that happened a while back. Or he was just wanting to stop the bleed, as they say. But thank you for that filing which indicated on-going faith in Gauzy by insiders.
