Thanks, Gman. I hope you enjoy your's. I've got home owner DIY's to do but I don't have the stamina to do what I once could do. I need to clean the gutters that don't have gutter guards. I install the guards a couple of years ago on the gutters that were the main problem in filling up with pine needles and other leaves but the rest have to be cleaned out occasionally. I also need to catch a cool morning, maybe one that is very cloudy or raining, and clean out the primary drain from the attic HVAC cooling coils. The primary drain get plugs about every two or three years and the condensation drops into the overflow pan and out the secondary safety drain. That is what is happening now. I don't need to ignore that too long or the secondary might get clogged up and then I'll have ceiling damage. Anyway, unless it is cloudy tomorrow morning, I'll probably be cleaning gutters. Needless to say, I hate paying someone else to do an inferior compared to what I can do but I know that the day is soon coming when that is what I'll have to do. WEagle
