I doubt it. I think it was the technical breakout mentioned before. China devaluation may be a fundamental positive but it would clock the stock. Further Asian turmoil would not be good for the market and especially for Flex.

I would add that foreign company, accounting, political risks, lightly taxed earnings will and should carry a lower P/E than a domestic company.
