I second to your opinion, the order confirmation delay is killing
me, after I had placed the order this morning through the internet,
the confirmation did not show up in the "order status" screen until
at least 30 mins later, I had to call and wait for 10 mins to get
through to a person to find out the order was filled.

Ameritrade certainly got me confused to put it modestly, the main
incentive to open an account with them is to save a few bucks in
commish so you can get in and out frequently and quickly, but if
your virtual brokerage house keep you 'virtually' out of the game
for between 10 to 30 mins, I'd say don't do business with
them, because you know what, the only thing they care is racking
up accounts and brag about it when the quarterly reports are due.

To certain degree, I think they might actually are making false advertisement given the
current state of their service quality. I wonder whether the poor
guys appearing in their TV comercials are actually trading with
them, and end up trade a Mercedes to a Camry, and a Camry to a
beaten up 88 Honda, and eventually their pants to the pawn shop,

Well, forgive me, an Amerifool's complain. Guess until they
actually improve their quality, I will have nothing good to say.

Regards.
