OK. Im p.ssed. Just received the info related to the meeting. For those who have not received word or the package, they AREtalking about a 5-1 roll back, AND changing the company name to Cartier Ventures. I can deal with the name change. Would probably be wise, however, having less than 3 million shares with 20 mill authorized will do what? For me? HELP!!!!!!!! Wayne
