I’m not a sub - and SentimenTrader is a little stingy about explanations. Looks like an indicator to measure momentum - and it just moved out of the “no man’s land” between 0.95 and 1 into the bullish domain. Of course, they let us see only a short stretch. The “1” line seems to act like “support /resistance”.
