Tuesday July 8th, nearly every major tech stock climbed, Except POET Technologies.

At first glance, that seems odd. But once you factor in the recent $25 million offering at $5 per share and consider how the market reacts to dilution, it becomes clear.....
This may not be weakness.
It may be precision manipulation.
