I saw reporting over the weekend on US attitudes, and even when you include the MAGA types, never has the overall population been so positive toward immigration. If you take out the MAGA types, the remaining 80%+ is the most positive ever, by a country kilometre.

People seem to forget that the presidential, House, and Congress elections last year were all extremely close to delivering the opposite outcome, and that Trump is now by far the least popular US president since polling began.
