Being from southern Manitoba I can attest to this. It's just after 4pm and looking outside you'd think the sun was about to set....the level of brightness is at least down 50%. Sunny Manitoba which we are known for, is not something I've witnessed for quite a few days now. I don't smell the smoke today but a couple days ago you couldn't keep your windows open and the smoke was right down to ground level.

Anyway, It's been a very stressful summer for my friends in and around Flin Flon. Might be an inconvenience for me, but for those in the north....my heart goes out to them.
