OT/Just came from local salt room. With walls made from cut blocks of salt, and 4 or 5 inches of salt covering the floor. It's called The Salt Cave. 5 min from where I'm typing this. Spa also offers infra-red sauna & massage appointments. All very reasonable.

Wish had access to something like this 65 yrs ago. Or if it even existed in N.J. back then. Or that my father, mother & her father had it during their life times. It's specific to the chronic, hereditary, respiratory afflictions my family has suffered from for generations.

Had the entire room to myself for 45 min. of "Active Halotherapy" Feel great. Every part of me has been effected. A peacefulness, like time standing still.
