I'm a dissenter on Dept Q because I found "irascible" just plain annoying and not worth putting up with. Same reason we gave up on "Waking the Dead" where the lead just needed some basic behavior lessons and a good slap now and then. But I'm not a fan of any show that's mostly about people misbehaving. Enough of that in real life nowadays. Big thumbs up agreement for "Art Detectives" and "Death Valley." Any comedy with a Welsh angle seems to be that much more fun. The sidekick on "Art Detectives" is fun too. No doubt future seasons are on tap for both. "Sherlock and Daughter" is now on MAX, so I will check it out sometime.
