indeed... would it be drug use ? extreme violent blows to their brains ? i doubt the 2nd one, because in Rugby, which is as violent sport as American Football (if not even worse)... because they play WITHOUT the protective gear to their heads, shoulders, or kidneys... according to the Englishmen... Rugby is a rough sport for gentlemen, and (real football) i.e. soccer, is a gentlemen sport for roughs -lololol anyway i digress.... i do not have an answer, but given the above, my bet would be in drug use, and/or BAD diet...
