Who knows ? Maybe there was something fishy. Time will tell. Although, I think many companies settle to avoid all of the costs. If the losers of these cases had to pay all of the costs, I think they would slow down. My understanding is that they do not.

It seems like most stocks I have owned have had one of these suits at one time or another. BTW, the stock I received the check on is now at least a hundred points higher. Unfortunately, I sold and joined the suit. I now think it is better to support companies I own, rather than sue them.
