Hi Br.eeze, Absolutely, A HIGH END land owner no less. Condo's are popping up on Door County. A very nice getaway we do annually. Often on our Anniversary. Now if you could only have season tickets for the Packers, I'd be more than happy to scalp them for you , when you didn't want to fly in for the home games. I knew you were an OK guy from the first post I read of yours. <smile> Monthly option expiration today after 4 four down days. Post option expiration on Monday and then all negative offsets on the 10 day. 30 day offsets not so much, but not any big positives so we'll see. I have only three puts to expire in September and I'll be out of puts sold in 2025. Looks like I'll let time decay do its thing and collect dividends. I'll be looking for the bottomspotter to lead the way inot 2026. With the terminal wave count getting close (perhaps), I'll need to be very patient I'm thinking. All extensions more than welcome. Have a great weekend Buddy. Road America vintage races in Elkhart Lake,with a race car concours today, and a vintage car concours on Saturday. Should be fun. Bob
