Saw him live in sm. St. Louis venue, c. 1985. His original keyboard player who also could play backup guitar was there alive & well. This shows him on guitar in huge 1970s concert,.



Couldn't believe how charismatic the guy was in 1985. Audience jammed in like sardines, probably in violation of local fire code.<lol> Lots of attractive, 30s something women without dates were going absolutely crazy. Been to more great concerts than I can count. This was the closest I've ever been to a Beatlemania audience. Blew my & my wife's mind. Way way cool.

Difficult chord chart for the guitar. As you can see watching this video it covers so much of the fingerboard, was unable to transpose it to a lower key more comfortable for my voice. Was able to sing it, though at the upper limit of my vocal range. Great, romantic, song to sing to someone you love.
