Prior to the 'Request For Proposal' process a tool for 'Ella' had been picked and when it was picked I asked for 'Shelter' from the same vendor. I see that combination as equivalent uncle Ed's "You can have it cheap and fast, but it won't be good". After the process is when I started to try to place pieces of things I had been taught. I have forgotten the conversation for context though I remember dad telling me "put the money on the right".
