Elevedis is in ambulatory patients has quickly jumped over PMO as SRPT’s greatest source of revenue. Since it has final approval RFKjr can’t easily revoke it’s status.
But RFKjr is also in charge of CMS reimbursements for medicare and medicaid and that could screw Elevedis really badly. I think it would be existential.
