VECO is DLJ's "pick of the week" with 12 mo. target of $49. They love the merger with Digital Instruments. I'm new to the thread, will be researching VECO more tonight. Looks like a great opportunity. But, before I jump in I'd like to have a few of the risks outlined besides the general problems endemic to the sector. Will pull SEC filings but any additional help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Phil
