None of the companies I am invested in have exposure to either the semiconductor cap. equipment sector or the PC sector. For the purposes of this thread, Flextronics has none.

It will be interesting to hear what Solectron talks about when they report. I am pretty sure they have PC exposure and would not be surprised if they do some semiconductor capital equipment just because they are so large. SCI obviously has a ton of PC exposure.

I don't know what to make of Kent. Their contract manufacturing business falls into the category of domestic/sub-scale, and without knowing much more about it, seems like they are te victim of the same strategic issue that ACT, Plexus, CMCI, etc. fell victim to. Stock market probably did not read too much significance into Kent announcement, as SCI only down $1 1/4 today. Will wait on Solectron & Jabil to report over near term and SCI over longer term to make judgement about Kent's commentary.

My opinion.
