Jim -- I don't know the timing of the Falcon chip. Just heard PAIR's presentation, and no date was given. Falcon will be DMT and there's nothing new as for watts, distance, and so on. The only comment I found worth note was the fact they'll partner in their megabit access area. Having talked to PAIR a year ago, I have to say their story has changed about 180. This was the company everyone joked expected ADSL by 2018! Now they're put over 35% of the R&D in this area and admitting it's the biggest market going forward. Later -- Pat
