Maybe Kurt knows.....but I think IBM & Integrion came to CheckFree for this solution...the Genesis...because they had been 'pissing in the wind' for 2 years with this Integrion deal trying to get something moving.

In fact I think they have outsourced the Integrion Hedron(sp) operations to CheckFree also.....because of their superior systems experience. Furthermore if this is something IBM could have done, I'm ASS-U-ME-ing they would have never come to CheckFree in the first place....they would have done it themselves.

In my mind there had to be a reason that they would turn over a potential 60+ Millions of Checking & Savings accounts to CheckFree....They didn't know how to do it comes to my mind.
