You're a joke Reece, all the info we have is public, you just refuse to do DD like you admitted to me in your EMail, even when you hyped the crap outta GRNO, got busted by the SEC for hyping that scam, you inform us that you have no idea why GRNO was halted.....then you have the nerve to claim the investors didn't do DD as you suggested on GRNO, that it was their fault , even tho' the SEC busted you for hyping it!!!!

John,

So now everyone knows what I've been dealing with this summer.

This could have happened to anyone of us who decided to become actively
involved in following a company. BTW, The scanner is sitting in its box
in my den. Bo can have it back anytime he wants it.. :0). I haven't used
it since I uploaded all of those photos that all of you wanted to see so
badly. And when I told Bo that having each one of them scanned
professionally was going to cost me upwards of $10-15 per shot, he
simply felt that I shouldn't incur that kind of cost solely because
Microcap didn't have the expertise to do it themselves.

And the partnership?? I'm out $30,000 and have a demand promissory note
for $20,000 more @8% interest. Since I, or any of the other partners
have yet to receive a dime from the processor revenues, I guess the SEC
considers that I have "profited" somehow. Maybe I should have made some
kind of "finder's fee" arrangement and that would have been alright....
:0| I would gladly give up my partnership just to have our equity stake
back at the price we paid for it.

I think that's about as much as my lawyer would want me to say on the
matter... (did I mention the $300/hour fee?) But you notice that I've
continued to be out here even with the legal hassles. I'm either very
stupid (quite possibly) or comforted by the facts of my case.

Don't lose the forest for the trees. The technology was apparently not
called into question here and the company (the technology) is being
granted a reprieve. What happens to any of us is transitory and
immaterial to those many people who spent time researching. If I was
intent on manipulation, rather than information sharing, I certainly
wouldn't have encouraged everyone to do their own diligence. I would
have told people to buy/sell GRNO, which I don't believe I ever have
done and I was part of encouraging 75+ shareholders to attend a meeting
for a microcap development company, which is greater than the turnout at
many "blue-chip" shareholder meetings.

I'll readily stand accused of getting all of you to do you own
diligence. Collective diligence will normally find all but the most
hidden "cracks". I feel that this alone is what I am guilty of.

Regards,

Ron
