CC told me about Mark years ago when he told me about RIO 1.0. He said “Otto likes it” . I replied “who’s Otto?” So I guess I have Mark to thank and Claude, also. RIO 1.0 was much needed at the time. ;). I didn’t. buy Rio 2.0. MAI has been a disappointing ride for many years for Mark and anyone else on that train. First the Sonora drought really hurt Santana (impact hit starting 3,4 years ago ?). Then AMLO and anti mining with a big decrease in granted permits esp for open pit mining which happens to be all of Mai’s projects. Copperstone provides country diversification (Arizona) and happens to be underground.

The arguments in favour of Cerro de Oro getting permits are stacked up high. Of course not yet can replace a piece of paper and they need that!!! Most believers are hoping in 2H though I don’t believe Doug or Mark have come right out??. Both have been disappointed so often I wouldn’t want to guess publicly if I were them I know that LOL!

Page 4 of the deck about the Natonal mining strategy is another reason to be optimistic. I’ll link the deck later but have a look. The 3 states that are mentioned contain the 3 Mai projects.
