RG, Didn't see that trade. Today not very encouraging 1 1/8 -- 5/32. 77,000 shares. Like you I can't understand why anyone would pay 1 5/16 for AERN when they can have all they want at 1 1/8. But whoever it is, they've accumulating it on upticks. I think lack of volume is just plain lack of interest. I've got an e-mail in to Beth Donely VP & CFO as of 2-19-98 with no response. Remailed it yesterday 2-23-98 so we shall see. Talked to her once before regarding AERN's future. Hope to hear from her one of these days. I'll let you know what she has to say. Al
