Do keep in mind that ARA is essentially run by the folks behind HOCH, who have a truly godawful track record regarding community relations, and that the locals in Chile are firmly opposed to ARA's plans. Although blockades are much rarer in Chile than in Peru or Mexico or Ecuador, from what I have read it would not be a surprise if that happened at the proposed plant site. Chile is coming up to a general election. It looks like the right wing will win this one, but I wonder if the new government will dare to use violence against a blockade like happens in Peru. Amidst a bull in metals like this, I find it best not to worry about missed profits, like the ones I failed to get because I sold ARA earlier. There is always another horse to rid, at least until the music stops.... LC
