Tim,

You may be aware of some things I am not, but I think your public criticisms of RB are out of line. If he is so greedy, how'd you get the newsletter for free? I have not seen one post here where Raleigh urges all to dump DCTC, but direct me to it if I am wrong. Speaking of greed, why do you invest? To my knowledge, greed, or the desire to make a profit, is the only reason any of us invest. It is the only reason I do. Also, IMO, there is nothing fundamentally evil about selling shares of an issue that you are recommending, if Raleigh has done that. Fund managers do it all the time. Joe Murphy sold shares of DCTC because he needed cash for his son at tuition time. I hope that doesn't make him a bad guy. Also, my holdings in FTEL, as of Friday's close, have appreciated 140%. I have stayed the course in large part because of Raleigh's assessment of their situation and the "possibilities" that MAY come to fruition. I would wager a healthy sum that I can find at least 6 RB posts over the past 12 months which caution all that BB stocks in general and FTEL specifically should be viewed as a speculative and risky investment.

I don't think this is the proper forum for taking people to task, but I do disagree with your comments as stated. Nothing personal of course. I am a fan of Raleigh's, as you can tell, and felt obligated to so state.

Regards,

Bill
