M,

It could very well be that Joe is making progress in his attempt to get all of the CardCaller stock holders to sell their DCI shares back to the company. I do know he is working very hard on this. I have felt all along the big sellers are coming out of Canada. Joe did say his stock watch firm identified two of the biggest sellers and it would not surprise me if they are were connected to CardCaller. IMO if they are selling it has nothing to do with how they feel about DCI. These people made their money by creating CardCall, they are entrepreneurs. I just can not see them holding their DCI shares. I have been able to verify in the past that a large number of shares have come to market through a Canadian broker.

What I am getting at is IMO we still have an overhang of shares but the number is declining each day through normal buying and the company's buyback program. I know Joe is caught between a rock and a hard place. He does not want his investors to feel he does not care about the decline in the stock price but on the other hand if there is a group of sellers out there why should he pay them any more than he has to for their shares. Regardless of how Joe handles the current situation I believe it will be taken care of shortly.

Best Regards
