What exactly are you referring to with that? I'm not seeing a lot of damage here. That stock bumps and grinds and it is going to keep doing that for the foreseeable future IMO. (The greatest threat, IMO, is failing to rectify the outrageous act of the Delaware courts, and that needs to be solved in the pretty near term imo.) The idiots who filed that lawsuit should not be rewarded for their actions. It is a serious affront to the risk-takers who put their hard-earned capital into their businesses.
Anyway, I'm not clear what you're referring to with your sentences at the top of this page. Thanks.
