Sun? just 2 cents from a very good female friend SC/GA late 50's I got last night, after I checked in a couple days ago from her "heart cath thing" of July 16th +++ I am feeling ok, but my heart still is having these spasms. I know it will take at least a month for the meds to kick in and work. I have to take a half a pill for 2 weeks and then a whole pill afterwards. I have not been walking or doing much in the way of exercise because of the plug they put in my artery in my right leg. I tried to walk around Home Depot for exercise but almost fell as it was too soon. I have many folks praying over me so I am blessed and accept it will be as it should be. I take a womens centrum silver and I have to take 500 mg of Magnesium because my levels have been scarcely over a .01 crazy and my sodium and potassium levels are always low. I think this happens when my skin cancer pops back up in a new spot. I wish I could go back to the early 80s and not use baby oil while sunbathing!!! That was so dumb°!!
