Mike had welched on a deal to pay anyone $5M who proved him wrong. An engineer did, made his claim and tried to collect. A court ruled that he had to pay, but this appeal had excused him. This has nothing to do with the veracity of Mike's election fraud claims and his defamation. He's lost defamation cases before and he should be sued into bankruptcy and/or in jail.
