wtd, The market has a little time left to finish its "efficient pricing" of LGND before the NDA announcement. Investors have to face that 'last chance at these prices' question every day until the announcement actually occurs. Then the details of the NDA and its assessment must be priced in after the announcement - along with the new reality of LGND becoming a 'real drug' company with several drugs in trial. Investors have had over 3 years to get complacent about LGND. That will change after the NDA. Along with the issues you raised, there is plenty of uncertainty around to keep things interesting.
