Took months, but really beginning to enjoy playing guitar & singing again. Focus on finger style songs I've felt close to since the mid 1960s

From Dave van Ronk. Note the very effective dynamics from varying the volume of his guitar AWA his vocal.



Next one is very nice finger style work, years ahead of it's time. Really fun to play & sing despite my voice being more conventional than his.



Always play what you love. If it's power blues & rock, it's not just about volume & effect with electric guitar. You can't bend heavier acoustic guitar strings nearly enough to get the variation that's easy with an electric.
