Insider buying is very rare. If you already have stock, options and paychecks why pile more eggs into the basket. When CY's CEO did it it made headlines.

This is perhaps more relevant to GTW. biz.yahoo.com
MUEI is projecting significant operating losses. Among other things, "intense, industry-wide price
competition" was cited. It was released after markets closed.
