The farm in deal announced by VLE means there is no outlay to buy a property. The party that farmed out the 40% just acquired the rights a couple of years ago. It's an expansive increase in territory and foreshadows a significant addition to future revenues. But it won't be delivering the kind of FCF returns that they're getting now! There s a 10% royalty, profit sharing w the government and they even have to pay taxes, LOL.
