Multiple undo, enhanced color support(16bit per channel), a History palette that tracks the stages of a project to undo, improved text controls, new tools and extended support for the Actions. Good article with many details in zdnet.com. Adobe hasn't officially announce the ship date yet but It's in Beta now (according to MacWeek) which imply shipping by mid year.
