Don't really consider this out of the ordinary.. Was going to happen sooner or later.. Old CFO will be around through the transition.. And I don't see LB's role is in doubt.. Not near term anyways.. Eventually, yeah.. And he has hinted that a few times that at some point bigger players will come in for the company ie. Take over or a buyout at premium.. For now, there are a few big blocks holders of the shares so that is good and bad.. As for share price retracing, we always knew listing on Nasdaq was double edged and I bet the short position have gone up quite a lot.. The next real critical item here is the successful start of the Plant and projected production.. Every one is waiting to see that IMHO.. Including me.. At least today's news is reassuring in that, per LB, they did raise $ 90 m US at 4.50 so that is out of the way..
