Thoughts At Large:

The above is the indefensible part and where shareholders have every right to be extremely angry. How does one justify the vast majority of this outrageous practice in the rewarding of bad performance? Where is this bonus deserved or earned beyond what is already an undeniably generous salary? If CCC were privately held we'd have no say in the matter, but this is a public company.

One cannot fault being compensated well for good work and making innovative efforts that result in a concentric benefit. However, these avariciously extravagant bonuses with a stock that has plummeted is blatantly shameless. This type of behavior defines why trust will not be redeemed and international credibility will not be attained until there is a meaningful change within the power structure of Computer Concepts.
