Yes, in general, SI seems very quiet compared to the old days.
I think of a couple of the groups I used to hang out with
and there were often dozens of posts in a day.
Some of those friends are gone now. I miss them.

Was thinking of you last night when I saw the tsunami alerts.
I guess it wasn't too much around where you are,
but you never know what to expect with such things.
Glad that it turned out to be not so serious.
I guess that will wash up some stuff on the beaches.
I recall that after storms, there can be a lot of scallops, no?

All is calm here.
Amazing not to have had any hurricanes on the east coast.
The waters are pretty warm so if we do get one,
it may well travel up to our region. Hopefully not.
